ISKCON Leicester hosts Kirtan Fest celebration of World Holy Name Week,
Kirtan Fest is expected to attract hundreds of people from around the UK for 24 hours of Hare Krishna maha mantra at ISKCON Leicester, 31 Granby Street, Leicester, 9am-11pm on Saturday 9 September, and 10am-8pm on Sunday 10 September.
On Saturday night, the chanting and dancing will spill onto the streets of Leicester City Centre in a celebratory ‘Harinama’.
Kirtan Fest will coincide with Heritage Open Days which celebrates Leicester’s hidden heritage. Visitors are welcome to visit the historic ISKCON Centre and participate in the kirtan and the spiritual nature of the building and its community.
Everyone is invited to attend Kirtan Fest, a FREE SPIRITUAL MUSIC FESTIVAL on Saturday 9and Sunday 10 September, 31 Granby Street, Leicester, 9am-11pm (Sat), and 10am-8pm (Sun). Free Vegetarian Meals will be served. No need to book, just turn up, and bring your friends!
